Cancellation and Refund Policy

Charlotte Lit reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient registration, in which case you will receive a full refund. Should you wish to cancel your registration, email staff@charlottelit.org. Here are your refund options:

• Three weeks or more prior to the class date (or start date): you may request a class credit (preferred) or a full refund.
• One to three weeks prior to the class date (or start date): you may request a class credit only.
• Less than one week prior to the class date (or start date): no refunds are available.
